This role oversees both short- and long-term sales planning while ensuring day-to-day operational excellence. In partnership with the General Managers and corporate leadership, the Regional Director plays a key role in shaping sales and marketing strategies, supporting revenue optimization, and aligning with overall business goals. Responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, this role fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth anchored in aloha and excellence.
