This is a hybrid position based out of Nationwide’s Downtown Columbus Plaza One location. The chosen candidate will work in-office 2 days a week on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting University Recruiting should demonstrate strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. This role requires both independent initiative and collaborative teamwork to ensure seamless recruiting operations. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in talent acquisition, with familiarity or hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems such as Fieldglass and Workday.
