As a Sr. Recruiting Business Partner (Sr RBP), you will collaborate with dedicated Sourcers to develop sourcing channels, build relationships with hiring managers, and successfully close searches under tight deadlines. This role involves responsibility for talent attraction strategies and utilizing your experience in setting benchmarks and metrics. We are seeking a talented Sr RBP to identify top global talent to support Amazon's growth. Amazon is a globally recognized brand, distributing millions of products annually. The Sr RBP will work within a team of Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators, focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, and strategy development, serving as the primary point of contact for supported groups. The role requires fostering a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture to ensure efficient, effective, and quality-driven service to internal customers, meeting service level agreements. Sr. RBPs must possess excellent consultation and partnership skills to work with world-class business and Talent Acquisition partners. They should be passionate about hiring and developing recruiting talent, with a proven track record of successfully addressing challenging talent acquisition needs.
