About The Position

We are looking for Recruiters to attract candidates to interview and hire great employees. A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, networking, job boards, social media networks and employee referrals. Requirements

  • 5 -7 yrs. experience recruiting in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain, Engineering
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • good negotiation skills, and ability to sell.
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
  • Strong Microsoft Office products and ability to do spreadsheet data

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Workday a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Source and recruit candidates by using job boards, networking, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications and conducts interviews
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Onboard new employees to become fully integrated
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
