Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare / human services environment.
  • Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP strongly preferred).
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build relationships, influence partners, and manage conflict with professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a requisition caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Full cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of roles such as Residential Counselor, Day Support Professionals and Program Managers of Community Living.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job description review and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and filling full-time and part-time positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers at all levels to assess staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and coach on interviewing and selection best practices.
  • Build diverse candidate pipelines through creative sourcing and proactive pipelining.
  • Utilize and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ADP) to follow recruitment workflows.
