OUR PURPOSE At our Research & Development Department in Medtronic, plc, we focus on the development of best-in-class medical devices, and our engineers are directly involved in the development of innovative products for use in medical procedures. The Senior R&D Program Manager is directly involved in providing high level leadership and direction to a New Product Development team ensuring the implementation of strategic and tactical Development activities supporting the Peripheral Vascular Health Business Unit. The Peripheral Vascular Health Business Unit develops a range of transcatheter medical devices and treatment solutions for both the arterial and venous disease, such as Drug Coated Balloons, Stents, Embolization Therapies and Deep Venous treatments. We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary. This position will be located at the Plymouth, MN location.
