About The Position

Resonetics is a global leader in advanced engineering, prototyping, product development, and micro-manufacturing for the medical device industry. With rapid expansion across our locations, we continue to push the boundaries of technology while fostering a dynamic, employee-centered culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement. We are seeking a SR. R&D Engineer responsible for demonstrating process feasibility and meeting quality specifications on Lightspeed (R&D) ADL projects. This role leads development activities with a strong focus on chemical and mechanical manufacturing methods, including metal etching and electropolishing, as well as mechanical forming and assembly processes supporting sharp medical blades, precision medical components, and sensor applications. This position works under general supervision, independently executing complex development projects and supporting the transition of qualified processes into production through the PReP process. The role provides technical guidance to junior staff, collaborates cross-functionally, reviews customer prints and supports quoting activities, and engages directly with customers as required. Join Resonetics and be part of a team that’s redefining medical device manufacturing. If you’re passionate about innovation and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
