Join our team and start your journey today! The Quality Management System Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and strengthening the company’s ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. This role supports audit readiness, process improvement, and risk mitigation efforts across the Electronics & Controls (E&C) organization. The position partners closely with Process Improvement, Plant Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and compliance across locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. A combination of relevant education and work experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of three years of experience working with Quality Management Systems in an ISO 9001–certified manufacturing environment.
  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems, Teamcenter, and ETQ.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the Electronics & Controls Quality Management System to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9001:2015 at certified sites.
  • Coordinate ISO 9001 certification efforts for selected E&C locations.
  • Lead, coordinate, and participate in internal audits at the St. Louis headquarters and functional departments.
  • Track and confirm timely and effective closure of audit findings.
  • Support internal and external audit activities at manufacturing locations.
  • Drive initiatives to improve the Quality Management System and related processes.
  • Assist in developing new policies and procedures and updating existing documentation.
  • Develop and deliver internal auditor training programs.
  • Lead and support business-level initiatives focused on risk mitigation and standard work improvements.
  • Travel domestically and internationally to manufacturing sites in the U.S., Mexico, and Canada as needed (e.g., Kennesaw, GA; Pompano Beach, FL; Boise, ID; Chihuahua and Juarez, MX).
