What You Will Do Lead Quality functions for Advanced Radar Systems at the Forest, MS facility by driving root cause analysis, CORE initiatives, and managing quality metrics. Serve as a knowledge leader among peers, fostering continuous improvement and implementing processes to enhance overall product quality.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and 5 years of prior engineering experience.
  • Experience with working with DCMA, USN, and USG.
  • Experience with AS 9100 quality management systems or equivalent
  • Experience with Six Sigma methodology (CORE) and tools such as lean manufacturing, diagnostic, process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Experience with microelectronic fab, manufacturing and assembly
  • Experience with metrology, measurement tools and practices
  • Experience in identifying and reporting on key quality metrics leveraging the full suite of Microsoft Office
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
