The Accounting Systems team is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. In this role, you will review requirements, manually test enhancements to existing and new systems, and develop automated testing scripts to ensure high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of enterprise-level testing experience, 2 years of experience implementing automated testing solutions, demonstrates servant leadership, and is committed to continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related analytical field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience performing both manual and automated testing
  • 4+ years of experience with various testing types including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
  • 4+ years of experience in test case design, development, and execution, using Azure DevOps
  • 4+ years of experience writing and executing complex SQL queries for data validation and test support
  • 2+ years of experience of automation testing using tools such as Cucumber, Playwright, C#, Bruno/Postman, or TypeScript/JavaScript

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience performing both manual and automated testing
  • 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and executing test cases for large enterprise solutions
  • 5+ years of experience using Azure DevOps for testing, task, and defect tracking

Responsibilities

  • Conduct testing for multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and complete required testing
  • Participate in requirements meetings, review documents, and provide feedback
  • Develop testing strategies, create test plans, and execute test cases
  • Perform data analysis, interpret results, and communicate findings
  • Identify and document defects in test management tools
  • Adapt to dynamic environments with shifting priorities
  • Create and maintain documentation for business processes
  • Ensure software meets security standards and compliance policies
