About The Position

Blueport is looking for a Senior Project Manager who excels at leading complex technology deployments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving projects from concept to completion. This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role where you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure successful delivery of technology solutions for leading multifamily and hospitality clients. We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of our technology implementations while ensuring quality, timelines, and budget objectives are met. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers, manage installation schedules, and support go-live activities to ensure seamless project execution. From hospitality properties to multifamily communities, you’ll play a critical role in bringing innovative technology solutions to life and supporting our clients’ long-term success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of two (3) years of experience in a Senior Project Management role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic understanding of Layer 1 and Layer 2 networking.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and conducting budget analysis.
  • Construction experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in IT and/or hospitality technology preferred.
  • Knowledge of BICSI standards is a plus.
  • Experience with ConnectWise Manage or similar project management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting Blueport quality standards.
  • Plan and manage installation schedules, reporting, and follow-up activities.
  • Assign tasks to team members, track action items, and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Coordinate communication among internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Support technical quality assurance and provide go-live assistance as part of implementation services.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve project performance, communication, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in internal project management and status meetings.
  • Travel as required based on project timelines and audit requirements.
  • Assist with site surveys and on-site installations when needed.
  • Manage and supervise department employees.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Work in our Walpole office full-time
