Mobile Cooling Solutions (MCS) is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate key strategic initiatives across multiple functions, and country strategic initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering measurable value through process improvement and system optimization. The Project Manager will report directly to the CFO and work closely with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Commercial to support projects related to system integration, item setup, pricing structure, and other high-impact strategic initiatives such as a cross-company library of S&OP. The project management process including governance, team leadership, tracking and monitoring, prioritization, communication, and quality controls. The Senior Project Manager implements strategic programs, monitors program performance, and evaluates strategic initiatives for efficiency and accomplishments with a focus on team development.
