Primary Objectives: End-to-End Project Ownership: Manage the full lifecycle of complex market research projects—from scoping, design, and fieldwork through delivery, debriefs, and invoicing—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality. Client Service & Relationship Management: Provide exceptional client service by acting as a trusted partner, maintaining strong relationships, meeting objectives, and offering strategic recommendations that drive repeat business. Methodological Expertise & Best Practices: Apply advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methodologies, ensuring projects are designed and executed with methodological rigor and industry best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Management: Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to align on deliverables, delegate tasks, and guarantee excellence in execution and delivery. Issue Resolution & Risk Management: Anticipate, troubleshoot, and resolve project challenges (e.g., scope creep, quality risks, timeline delays), escalating and communicating effectively to protect client satisfaction and project success. Mentorship & Team Development: Support the growth of junior and global staff by mentoring, coaching, and modeling best-in-class project management behaviors, fostering a collaborative and learning-focused culture.
