About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
3-5 years of experience in construction project management.
At least five years managing multiple commercial construction projects.
Experience with a development or construction company is preferred.
Previous experience in construction management with a retail chain or multi-unit operator.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate communication regarding project activities with Landlords and Contractors.
Review and update project schedules to ensure timely completion.
Conduct regular job site visits for quality assurance and compliance.
Validate proposed costs for project changes and maintain budget compliance.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with project teams.
Identify and resolve project milestones and issues timely.
Ensure project close out is completed accurately.
