Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction project management.
• At least five years managing multiple commercial construction projects.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with a development or construction company is preferred.
• Previous experience in construction management with a retail chain or multi-unit operator.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate communication regarding project activities with Landlords and Contractors.
• Review and update project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular job site visits for quality assurance and compliance.
• Validate proposed costs for project changes and maintain budget compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with project teams.
• Identify and resolve project milestones and issues timely.
• Ensure project close out is completed accurately.
