Position Summary: The Senior Construction Project Manager oversees the most complex initiatives and ensures compliance with design, budget, and schedule. They have full project financial responsibility, including budget, profit and cost projections. The leader contributes to design as needed and coordinates all field activities with the facility and the owner to ensure operations are not interrupted. The employee manages projects from assessment through design, bidding, and installation, while keeping the client informed and satisfied. In addition, the employee negotiates with subcontractors, maintains client relationships, and ensures a safe work environment with an emphasis on building and maintaining a high level of respect and rapport with both clients, colleagues and construction/engineering partners. They also mentor junior level project managers, employees, and provides training to less experienced team members of the team.
