The work impacts organizational operations by delivering completed construction spaces ready for operational use and supporting local teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accurate and precise attention to detail
Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
In-depth understanding of the construction industry
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Self-motivated and self-directed
Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project and experience with Project Management software
Knowledge of how local, state, and federal building code regulations work

Nice To Haves

5 years experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar position in construction management.
Project Management Professional (PMP)

Responsibilities

Manage financial budgets and cost estimates to support construction project planning and execution
Develop construction projects by collaborating with architects, landlords, general contractors, and trade workers
Coordinate and manage schedules for contractors and subcontractors to maintain project timelines
Oversee construction progress and provide reports on timelines, progress, and necessary adjustments
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building codes, safety inspections, and local regulations
Communicate project timelines and store opening dates to local field teams to align expectations
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
