About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY The Reactive Senior Project Manager supports the Director of Chemical Services and oversees the planning, execution, and successful completion of chemical service projects. This role ensures large and small projects are properly bid, planned, staffed, equipped, documented, and followed through to customer satisfaction. This role will collaborate with other team members to execute operations, provide technical support, support plans to address growth and industry needs, and ensure all operations are planned, executed, and audited with the highest degree of safety, integrity, and excellence. This employee will be professional, self-motivated, resourceful and have excellent communication and leadership skills. WORK ENVIRONMENT This role requires a balance of administrative and supervisory functions. The Senior Project Manager collaborates closely with the Director of Chemical Services, field supervisors, and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and successful project outcomes.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support in operational, business expansion/growth and development for the entire project lifecycle (Design, planning, execution, monitoring, evaluation, close-out, etc.).
  • Assist the Director of Chemical Services with bidding and estimating large-scale reactive projects.
  • Collaborate with the Director on planning large reactive projects and maintain ongoing communication with customers.
  • Plan and manage all smaller chemical service projects.
  • Create detailed project load lists for all assigned jobs.
  • Order required chemicals and rental equipment for projects.
  • Coordinate with JP Services contacts to arrange logistics such as hotels and travel for project teams.
  • Oversee all projects while in the field to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Supervise employee setup and staging of job equipment.
  • Ensure all signed paperwork, procedure signoffs, job logs, and billing documents are scanned and saved to the chemical projects folder.
  • Ensure all customer post-job follow-up documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
