About The Position

CMES, Inc. (Norcross, GA) needs Sr. Project Engineer Lead and oversee all phases of the construction project including scheduling, resource allocation and coordination. Review and manage submittals, RFI’s and change orders to maintain full compliance and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Tracking of project budget, analyzing cost reports to prevent overruns and support profitability goals. Manage relationships with the vendors and sub-contractors including negotiations, procurement and invoice approvals. Ensuring all the work adheres to regulatory requirements and according to GDOT standards and specifications. Collaborate with superintendents and foreman to schedule and plan daily activities and allocate task to the labor for maximum productivity. Travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites within GA only is required. Exact client site location and frequency of travel cannot be predicted as it may vary/change depending on project availability CMES Inc. was founded in February 1996 by professional civil engineers. Requirements

Master’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related.
2 years’ experience as Project Engineer or related.
Travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites within GA only is required.
