About The Position

The Senior Project Engineer is an experienced professional responsible for a defined portion of a project and is accountable for establishing effective working relationships with clients and managing the flow of routine information and documents to the entire project team. The Senior Project Engineer maintains up-to-date, accurate documents for the project including drawings, project schedule, as-builts, submittals, logs, test results, etc. The Senior Project Engineer works closely with the Superintendent to plan and coordinate upcoming work and obtains, tracks, and expedites the delivery of equipment and materials to the site. The Senior Project Engineer assists the Project Manager in monitoring the status of the project and identifying efforts to manage the project more effectively. Individual assignments will vary based on project scope, phase, and job requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field and 18-months experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities with exposure to projects of minor to moderate scope, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Candidates may permanently reside anywhere in the US but must will be willing to travel to project locations anywhere across North America for extended periods of time (up to 85%).
