Reporting to the Senior Director - Enterprise Transformation, you will serve as a key member of the Transformation Office, supporting governance and execution of complex, cross‑functional enterprise transformation initiatives. You will provide disciplined project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data‑driven insights to help ensure initiatives remain aligned with enterprise strategy, priorities, sequencing, and milestones while delivering measurable business value. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Develop and maintain structured frameworks, integrated plans, and timelines that translate complex transformation efforts into clear programs with defined ownership, deliverables, dependencies, and risks. Plan, coordinate, and manage recurring program and governance meetings across senior stakeholders, including steering committees, transformation leaders, initiative leads, and external partners, ensuring clear agendas, materials, decisions, and follow‑ups. Maintain accurate and current project and program tracking tools, monitoring adherence to approved scope, prioritization, sequencing, and milestones while proactively escalating risks and issues. Coordinate interdependencies and enablement activities such as change management, communications, workforce optimization, technical support, and data inputs by ensuring clarity of actions, ownership, and timelines. Establish, organize, and sustain digital project environments and dashboards using enterprise tools, synthesizing inputs across workstreams into clear visual summaries and reports for executive and senior‑level stakeholders. Promote transparency and accountability by enabling timely access to information and tracking progress against agreed milestones, key performance indicators, and deliverables. Partner with Finance to support return on investment tracking and value realization, including one‑time and ongoing investments, and assist initiative leads with financial approval processes and materials.
