Triage/initial contact assessment, student/clinician scheduling, and all front office responsibilities. This position requires flexibility in the work schedule due to the unpredictability of emergent needs for students in crisis. This position requires a high degree of confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA and FERPA. This position requires risk management not only for the student/client but also for the safety and security of the Counseling Center staff, the University, and the Community. Consultation with Frost House staff (e.g. Title IX Coordinator), faculty, staff, parents/guardians, Health Services, University Police, and other community partners Lakes Region Mental Health Center.
