If you are looking to advance your career in a new planning and scheduling leadership role, this is the opportunity for you! As a Program Planning and Scheduling Manager, you will lead the team in the development of procedures, standards, and training for the integrated master plan (IMP) and integrated master schedule (IMS) ) leveraging industry principles and standards across the entire program life cycle. You'll be responsible for tracking plans and schedules, identifying and resolving critical path and network logic conflicts utilizing Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques. You will evaluate the level of schedule compliance and identify reasons for completion shortfalls. You'll provide key analytics on processes to improve performance. Focused responsibilities include overseeing Schedule Risk Assessments, toolset development to comply with the Earned Value Management System (EVMS), business resource planning/tracking, and development of Program Planning & Scheduling employees.
