About The Position

As a Sr. Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of customer programs. You will be responsible for managing and delivering complex customer programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving program performance. You will work out of our Woburn, MA location on an on-site work schedule. In this role, your impact will be comprehensive, encompassing strategic direction, program execution, team leadership, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, mentoring and development, innovation, compliance, and program growth. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and enhancement of customer programs, which, in turn, can contribute to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience managing complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
