About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information technology, computer science, engineering, business or related courses
At least 18 years of direct experience in Project Management and Program Leadership with proven record of success
PMI-PMP, PMI-PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification
Able to collaborate with client stakeholders, including business analysts, business users, architects, client relations, project managers, sponsors and C level executive teams
Skilled in project progress and metrics reporting for project teams through executives
Able to use various project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall
Experienced in balancing critical issue resolution and competing priorities
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Demonstrates the ability to drive a collaborative and transparent working environment.
Proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project objectives.
Expertise in developing detailed program/project execution plan and managing all implementation processes including budget management, resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints, and quickly establish yourself as a go-to leader within IT.
