Overview How you can make a difference The Sr Program Manager is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of strategic programs and complex, large-scale enterprise projects to meet company objectives. This role provides leadership and support to cross-functional teams, ensuring successful integration initiatives. The Sr Program Manager develops and presents executive communications to report on program progress and enable strategic alignment. This role serves as a central point of communication for program and project status across the company. What you’ll be doing Project Leadership & Management: Lead and manage large-scale enterprise-wide program(s) Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, budget), ensuring adherence to project management standards and deliverable creation. Drive large-scale projects by coordinating the work of stakeholders across various workgroups Create comprehensive timelines and ensure project teams develop and maintain appropriate deliverables. Proactively manage project elements such as risk, budget/forecast, and dependencies. Documents program/project responsibilities ensuring that activity, integration, and productivity are employed in the most efficient manner while meeting targets and initiatives. Identifies appropriate resources needed ensuring availability necessary for program deliverables. Manages resource needs and tasks within respective departments, other internal departments, and outside service providers. This may include collaboration with functional department managers to assemble project teams. Communication & Reporting: Prepares and delivers documents and/or dashboards for executive-level updates and project status. Serve as a liaison, ensuring consistent communication of program and project statuses across the organization. Effectively communicate business and technology issues and solutions to various stakeholders. Serves as a central point of contact to routinely relay, facilitate and keep stakeholders apprised of the program’s status and respond to questions or inquiries regarding the program. Collaborate with teams to create reports for ongoing analytics post-project implementation. Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: Collaborate with functional business teams’ leaders to assess program risks and issues. Incorporates post-project reviews with participation and guidance from management team to capture learnings and identify areas for future improvement and updates to project and program methodology. Leads the implementation of continuous improvement, including defining and implementing best practices and tools that support the program lifecycle in concert with portfolio leadership. Proficiently drives partner and vendor relations as it relates to projects and potential RFP processes. Issue Resolution & Risk Management: Conducts risk assessment of strategic, technical, financial, or business factors affecting the program. Serve as the first escalation point for project issues and risks. Work directly with project teams to resolve issues and create risk mitigation plans. Escalate well-formulated issues and risks to leadership as needed. Proactively prepare strategic analysis of potential business and/or operational opportunities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 to 12+ years of related experience in program/project management. Extensive experience managing several concurrent projects, balancing strategic objectives with detailed program execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior executives in high-stakes environments.
  • Strong proficiency in program and portfolio management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Kanban, and Waterfall)
  • Exceptional ability to analyze complex data, provide strategic insights, and inform executive decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire, and lead teams towards a common goal and cultivate strong internal and external relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly understand technical products and solutions
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, including executive leaders.
  • Experience in creating strategic roadmaps to articulate the vision of program delivery
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive and influence others to achieve goals and perform with high quality
  • Understanding of budgetary and financial processes such that project budgets can be obtained and managed throughout the lifecycle of a project.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
