About The Position

The Sr. Program Manager, Revenue and Transformation will involve overseeing large-scale programs that align with organizational goals and vision. This role will drive program execution against clearly defined business outcomes focused on delivering measurable impact. Role will support the realization of strategic objectives through discipline, scalable delivery of program solutions. Role will apply strong program management fundamentals (structure and governance).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or other advanced degree preferred
  • Strong financial aptitude
  • 5 years or more experience with business analyst and program management
  • Work experience with running program changes or product delivery
  • Design Thinking and Process Design Experience is required
  • Ability to balance structure with adaptability in fast-changing environments
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Demonstrate skill in working with a matrixed team focused on large complex initiatives
  • Expert understanding of cross functional business structures
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Successfully lead team with delivery of program or product changes with focus on business and customer satisfaction
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Innovate thinking with ability to mobilize ideas into action
  • Ability to package, present and tell the story to executive leadership

Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and teams across sales, marketing, operations, finance and technology to translate strategic objectives into clear program plans, goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate cross functional collaboration and decision-making by identifying risks, dependencies, and trade-offs, and escalating issues as appropriate to management
  • Support program governance by maintaining frameworks, cadences, and reporting mechanisms that promote accountability, transparency, and progress tracking
  • Lead program planning meetings to assist in prioritization and planning.
  • Track and report on program performance using KPIs and qualitative insights to drive continuous improvements.
  • Partner with vendors on development of business requirement documents to ensure effective delivery of change and optimize performance of program.
  • Proactively identify risks and interdependencies; contribute to mitigation and contingency planning in partnership with program stakeholders
  • Perform data validation and implement quality control measures to ensure continued success of programs.
  • Contribute to culture of collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence with Sales Transformation and Revenue generating programs.
  • Provide Project Managers budgetary controls that should be considered in the program change.
  • Create and manage document repositories for programs that have details to support system integrations, business case, business requirement documents, process flows, etc. to facilitate impact analysis on future changes and training.
