About The Position

The Sr. Quality Assurance Manager reports to the Quality Assurance Director and provides support to the leadership and staff of Workforce Services programs at Goodwill NNE. Currently, we are recruiting for a Sr. Quality Assurance Manager to support our Vocational Services programs. For this opening, our Sr. Quality Assurance Manager will supervise a team of Quality Assurance staff and be responsible for the following: ensuring completion of all VR reporting, identifying trends in relation to staff and client needs, monitoring and providing, in conjunction with program leaders, staff training, and collaborating with a leadership team for funder compliance. The Senior Quality Assurance Manager also represents the agency as they collaborate with staff, funders, and partner organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in rehabilitation, business, communication, or related field.
  • 2+ years of either management experience or quality assurance experience
  • 4+ years of experience in workforce development or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to use a personal computer and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of case management and reporting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Successful completion of a background check that meets Agency standards.
  • Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record and insurance that meets Agency standards.

  • Knowledge of HCBS and CARF Compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all quality program goals and deliverables.
  • Provide program performance, data collection, and compliance specific to program legislation and guideline training to teams in collaboration with other managers.
  • Provide supervision and coordination of Quality Assurance Program Managers.
  • Expand and maintain positive partnerships with the business community and current or potential program funders.
  • Provide coordination of external funder meetings and events including funder program monitoring for multiple programs.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changes in program and schedule to meet programmatic needs.
  • Assess customer satisfaction with services and implement strategies for service improvement.
  • Coordinate with other programs to ensure consistency across programs within and outside of Goodwill.
  • Coordinate services with other internal programs, service providers, and community organizations.
  • Develop and implement strategies that will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the team’s performance.
  • Develop new products and services to meet customer requests, regional resource needs and improvements in service quality.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
