Travel: up to 30% regionally Reports To: Vice President, Neuromodulation Commercialization Excellence Position Summary The Senior Program Manager will lead the program management of the end-to-end commercial build-out for implantable Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) therapy. This is a large program with significant cross-functional and matrixed leadership required. This role drives cross-functional execution to prepare the organization for successful U.S. market expansion, ensuring readiness across all commercial functions required to launch; sales, operations, marketing, training, clinical support, and other supporting functions. This is a high-visibility role operating in a complex, matrixed med-tech environment with direct exposure to VP/SVP leadership. This is a build-and-scale role requiring decisive leadership and execution discipline.
