About The Position

Amazon Shipping is building Amazon's next $100B business. Physical locations are how we meet customers where they are: drop spots where shippers hand off packages, late pickup windows that extend the shipping day, and returns infrastructure that makes reverse logistics simple. As a Sr. Program Manager, you own the programs that bring these capabilities to life. You coordinate across Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Commercial teams to launch and scale physical location services. One day you work through smart locker deployments with Engineering. The next, you optimize reverse logistics flows with Operations. Your recommendations shape which initiatives scale and which sunset, balancing growth with sustainable operations. This role demands strong organizational skills and comfort with complexity. You analyze operational data, build consensus, and maintain momentum through uncertainty. You make progress with incomplete information. You move between planning and hands-on execution. You build lasting partnerships across organizations that don't report to you. We are NOVA, a technical product organization that incubates and grows new revenue-generating businesses for Amazon Shipping. We prove which capabilities, customer segments, and integration models become the next ecosystems: turning strategic initiatives into scalable products, winning enterprise customers through bespoke technical solutions, enabling large cohorts to adopt through integrator platforms and API infrastructure. Every capability we build makes our network stronger, faster, more efficient. Physical locations extend our reach and reduce costs. They meet customers where they are. We serve shippers, integrators, and recipients who expect competitiveness, reliability, and trust.
