As Chick-fil-A continues its global expansion, the Sr. Lead Advisor for International Payroll will hold a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining scalable, compliant, and highly effective international payroll operations. This encompasses strategic oversight of execution, tax adherence, and comprehensive reporting for both International Division and seconded Staff. This position will spearhead the transformation of Chick-fil-A’s long-term international payroll strategy, methodology, and administration. This involves leading the identification, selection, and implementation of a robust, comprehensive, and fiscally advantageous global payroll solution for corporate Division Staff, designed to instill unwavering reliability, stability, and integrity. Success in this role demands advanced knowledge of diverse international payroll practices, complex regulatory landscapes, and a proven ability to translate strategy into practical execution. The Sr. Lead Advisor will leverage deep, specialized expertise to plan, direct, and drive the successful completion of intricate, high-impact projects, while providing critical technical leadership and expert consultation to internal teams and external partners.
