About The Position

In the role of Sr. Production Services Scheduling Analyst working in Albany, GA you will be part of the Albany Brewery. You will develop a detailed and actionable production schedule covering a 1 to 14-day timeframe for both Packaging and Brewing operations. This schedule should include daily production targets, equipment utilization plans, labor allocation, and coordination with quality control and maintenance teams. The goal is to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, minimize downtime, and respond quickly to any changes in demand or operational constraints.

Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience
  • You have at least 3-5 years experience in production scheduling against demand
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic production environment.
  • Proven ability to balance competing priorities and meet customer expectations through effective time management in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive production plans aligned with business goals, customer demand, and inventory targets.
  • Drive proactive strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce product loss by identifying and eliminating waste such as overfilling, spillage, spoilage, and equipment inefficiencies.
  • Ensure accurate order fulfillment by aligning production output with customer orders through effective coordination with Sales, Inventory Management, and Logistics.
  • Lead short-term (1–14 day) tactical planning, including daily production scheduling, workforce shift management, and rapid response to operational issues.
  • Serve as a key communication link between Brewing, Corporate Supply Planning, and Customer Service, translating brewing capabilities and schedules into actionable supply chain plans and relaying customer requirements to production teams

  • $83,200.00 - $109,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).
