Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement, production planning, or supply chain management.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills; experience with data analysis or reporting tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze material requirements to ensure uninterrupted supply.
  • Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and consumption trends to determine appropriate production quantities.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to resolve material-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with forecasts and customer orders.
  • Issue and track process orders, monitor WIP and finished goods inventory, and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Logistics, Operations, and Sales to align production and shipment plans.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends, optimize material planning parameters, and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement of material planning, scheduling, and reporting processes through KPI monitoring and root-cause analysis.
