Requirements

5 plus years of scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in the Aerospace industry.
ERP / MRP Experience required, Syteline 9 experience preferred
Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
Ability to prioritize workload as conflicts arise and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Balance customer needs while protecting the interests of the company.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfort working in a constantly changing environment. Adaptability & flexibility are critical in this role
Candidate must be able to work well in both a team environment and across various departmental functions within the company.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

Utilizes ERP to develop and communicate production schedule by ensuring schedule is accurately reflected in the ERP system and the cell communication boards.
Assures internal and external customer requirements are met in accordance with the Production Schedule.
Track progress of jobs from launch through completion and support operations with expediting as required.
Assist production supervision with level loading workcenter schedules, maintaining throughput objectives and balancing the line.
Maintain Line-of-Balance tracking for critical programs.
Track performance to monthly forecast including risks and opportunities.
Liaison between operations and customer service, ensuring customer service has accurate delivery dates and timely notification of delays.
Analyze component consumption rates and maintain system parameters & safety stock accordingly.
Works closely with Purchasing to ensure vendors delivery date is aligned with the needs of the business.
Ensures incoming orders, shipments, material transactions and other logistics activities are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
