About The Position

The Sr Product Specialist at Blue Yonder is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between our customers' needs and our product development teams. This position involves deep engagement with stakeholders to ensure that our products meet market demands and enhance customer experience. The Sr Product Specialist will collaborate with various departments to drive product vision, roadmap, and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role within the software or technology industry, particularly in supply chain management.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and related software solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables concurrently.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and product management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • A Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate these into detailed product requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of Blue Yonder’s product suite and its application in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development, marketing, and sales to ensure product alignment with market needs.
  • Create and present product roadmaps to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on product direction.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Lead the product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and customers.
  • Engage in user acceptance testing to validate solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.
