About The Position

The Growth and Marketing team is building the growth engine across the RentSpree experience — fueling our next stage of scale. We’re data-driven, insight-obsessed, and committed to exceeding acquisition, adoption, and revenue goals while strengthening trust with agents, landlords, and partners. As our Sr. Product Marketing Manager, your north star is simple: make our Sales, Customer Success and Business Development teams wildly successful as they prioritize top partners and strategic accounts. You’ll own product marketing across all RentSpree products and customer segments — shaping the narratives, positioning, and enablement that help us win, grow, and retain high-value users across the ecosystem. You’ll evolve our messaging in partnership with teams across RentSpree (research, design, leadership), then translate it into crisp enablement assets: pitch decks, talk tracks, battlecards, one-pagers, competitive briefs, case studies, and partner playbooks. You’ll also lead GTM and launch strategy for new products and features — ensuring the entire company is aligned and ready. This is a strategic + hands-on role. You’ll partner with research to run customer and competitive insights, write a high volume of content yourself, and use AI-powered workflows and agentic systems to operate at 3× the traditional PMM output — scaling content, insights, and personalization without sacrificing quality. Hybrid in Seattle, WA — three in-office collaboration days weekly plus occasional travel for offsites, partner meetings, and events.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years in product marketing (or similar roles) within B2B SaaS, marketplace, or B2B2C environments.
  • Proven ability to enable sales teams with assets and programs that improve win rates, deal velocity, and partner performance.
  • Experience owning positioning, messaging, and GTM across multiple products, customers, and segments.
  • Strong writing and storytelling — able to craft narratives, decks, briefs, and case studies without a dedicated writer.
  • Skilled at translating customer, market, and competitive insights into strategy, messaging, and enablement.
  • Hands-on with AI and agentic workflows to scale writing, research synthesis, enablement, and experimentation.
  • Effective collaborator across sales, customer success, BD, research, product, and marketing/growth, aligning teams around clear narratives and plans.
  • Data-aware, outcome-driven — focused on pipeline influence, adoption, and revenue impact, not asset volume.

Responsibilities

  • Own product marketing across all products and audiences — shaping positioning, messaging, and narratives for agents, landlords, partners, and platform stakeholders.
  • Make sales, customer success & BD successful — build the enablement engine (pitch decks, playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling, battlecards, competitive briefs, one-pagers, and case studies).
  • Lead GTM for new products and features — segmentation, launch strategy, internal readiness, rollout, and post-launch optimization.
  • Drive partner and channel enablement, especially for top integrated partners, MLSs, associations, and high-value sales opportunities.
  • Conduct research and competitive intelligence (with research + design) to generate insights that shape positioning, GTM, and sales strategy.
  • Collaborate deeply with Marketing and Product so product, site, messaging, and sales motions tell one coherent story and reinforce adoption.
  • Use AI and agentic workflows to 3× your impact — scaling writing, synthesis, insight generation, asset creation, personalization, and competitive scanning.
  • Measure and communicate impact across pipeline influence, partner adoption, win rates, engagement with enablement assets, and launch performance.
  • Our job descriptions evolve with our business needs and priorities. In addition to the description above, your role may include additional tasks, projects and team support as needed.
