About The Position

The Sr. Product Manager at Lumen is responsible for driving innovation and product development within the UC&C portfolio, specifically focusing on the Lumen Solutions for Zoom product offerings. This role involves creating strategies for new services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing complex product development from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with corporate growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the Telecommunications or Technology industries.
  • Effective communication and project management skills.
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to creatively solve problems/challenges.
  • Understanding of complex product design and communications technologies.
  • Natural leader with vision and the ability to illustrate tactics/strategy.
  • Self-motivated individual eager to learn new SaaS technologies and work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree.
  • Knowledge or certification of Safe Agile methodology.
  • Zoom Sales, Technical Sales or Customer Success Certified (ZSA, ZTSA or ZCSM certifications).
  • Telecommunications/Technology experience or similar background working with SaaS applications.
  • JIRA or JIRA Align experience.
  • Exposure to Zoom's Reseller or partner programs.

Responsibilities

  • Work with cross functional teams to create development requirements for integrating a world class SaaS application with Lumen's voice and network infrastructure.
  • Break down release notes, vendor documents, and other product materials to understand the mechanics of the application.
  • Lead training, office hours, technical sessions, and other sales meetings to educate and articulate the offering to internal or external participants.
  • Answer questions about the Lumen Solutions for Zoom Portfolio for Sales, Support, and Service Delivery teams.
  • Present the Lumen value proposition and evangelize the Lumen Solution for Zoom portfolio to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop metrics to gather data on market conditions and customer requirements to assess and recommend appropriate implementation or management of the solution.
  • Work with Offer Management and Finance to review strategic deals and ensure maximization of revenue and margins.
  • Prepare and present business cases for new services/products within the portfolio.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and methods to drive efficiencies and automation.
