What does a great Product Manager do at Fiserv? You will be part of Fiserv’s dedication to delivering modern, competitive, portal and reporting experiences that anticipate the needs and surpass the expectations of customers. We are looking for a client-focused Product Manager to lead our EMEA clients through our Enterprise Portal & Reporting strategy and solution set. You'll have significant interaction with the company’s leadership, clients and partners, which requires strong communication skills. You will: Driving the process to communicate to key partner stakeholders current roadmap, issues, and upcoming changes in experiences. Being accountable for the successful end-to-end commercialization new product changes within our partners current framework. Analyzing various client data input, determine key themes and possible courses of action Knowing the client by talking with client facing employees and conducting research Communicating the overall Enterprise segment Portal & Reporting strategies, collate ideas from partners and determine which ones are feasible and advise them to the appropriate product manager Understanding how tools improve or negatively impact the client experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience leading product management efforts, preferably within the payments space
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently at any given stage
  • Experience with Microsoft Office product suite, Adobe suite, and product management tools (i.e. Figma, Miro)
  • Experience communicating with internal and external senior leaders, merchants and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence large, diverse groups through fact-based analysis and decision-making

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Confluence and JIRA
  • Familiar with Fiserv's Commerce Control Center
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and roadblocks
  • Experience working within with global merchants
