About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Instrument Transformer product line and drive growth. In this high‑visibility role, you’ll shape the product strategy, champion new product development, and guide marketing initiatives that strengthen our competitive position and elevate customer value. As the Senior Product Manager, you will steer the full lifecycle of the product line—from vision and roadmap creation to commercialization and long‑term portfolio performance. You’ll lead a talented team of Project Specialists and Application Engineers, empowering them to deliver exceptional execution, technical depth, and customer‑focused solutions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 8 years manager level experience leading marketing, product management and/or sales teams
  • Candidates with expertise in electric utility substations and transmission systems are strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive team performance
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with MRP/ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Experience with PLM systems, preferably PTC Windchill
  • Experience using collaboration and workflow tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the product line strategy to accelerate sales growth and maximize profitability
  • Set direction and oversee the full lifecycle of new product initiatives to deliver portfolio growth
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies to maximize both top line sales and margins
  • Active participant in industry events and trade shows
  • Support sales teams with presentations, training, and other materials as needed
  • Work with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver monthly revenue and demand forecasts
  • Guide and develop a high‑performing team of project specialists and application engineers
  • Serve as the voice of the market, translating customer insights into product and commercial strategies
