Job Summary: PayPal is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation of our SMB Risk Product team. In this high-impact role, you'll help improve the risk related journey for new merchants signing up for PayPal, focusing on building calibrated risk experiences, reducing time-to-verify, leading risk requirements for new product launches and enterprise asks, reducing losses and creating delightful first impressions that set the foundation for long-term merchant success. You'll work at the intersection of product strategy, risk management, user experience, and business growth, directly influencing how millions of merchants worldwide begin their relationship with PayPal. This role requires someone who can balance analytical rigor with creative problem-solving, while building consensus across a complex ecosystem of stakeholders.

Requirements

3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Uses data to build insights on product or platform requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.
Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements
Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making
Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution.
Interfaces with product and technology leadership as needed.
Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.
