About The Position

PayPal, Inc. seeks Sr. Product Manager in San Jose, CA Job Duties: Drive the development and execution of product strategies that enhance the checkout experience for millions of users worldwide. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric payment solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers and merchants. Identify market opportunities and define product roadmap to address customer and merchant needs. Collaborate and tactically work with senior leaders that are stakeholders on projects and can quickly build consensus. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, requirements definition, design, development, and launch. Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, market research, and business impact. Work closely with engineering, design, and UX teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features. Analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. Use data-driven insights to continuously improve the product and user experience. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the mobile app. Use analytics and metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize the product. Drive continuous improvement through user testing, A/B testing, and other feedback mechanisms. Partial telecommuting permitted within a commutable distance.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
  • Experience leading product development initiatives from conception to launch, with a focus on improving user experience across web, iOS, and Android applications (2 years)
  • Experience scaling user-facing features for mobile payment apps within the fintech industry (1 year)
  • Experience building features to improve checkout experience and metrics (2 years)
  • Experience defining API and platform requirements (2 years)
  • Experience defining KPIs and running A/B tests (3 years)
  • Experience developing feature delivery roadmaps (3 years)
  • Experience performing statistical analysis with SQL (2 years)
  • Experience building product specs documentation (3 years)
  • Experience delivering market research and product strategy (1 year)
  • Experience with SCRUM agile project management framework (2 years)
