Partner channels are a multi-billion-dollar revenue engine for Hertz, spanning travel marketplaces, airlines and hotels, credit card and loyalty partners, corporate distributors, and emerging mobility ecosystems. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Partnerships, and Product to create differentiated partner experiences that make Hertz the preferred choice for partners and customers. In this role you will own the strategy and execution for partner-channel growth: uncovering high-impact opportunities, building business cases, and working cross-functionally to launch improved partner experiences (co-branded booking flows, integrations, loyalty benefits, and operational readiness). You will be accountable for revenue growth, conversion, and partner satisfaction while ensuring changes scale across markets.
