About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sr. Product Manager for ADP Learning (LMS). In this role, you will work alongside a team of friendly, passionate, and creative Shared Talent Learning Management System (LMS) product managers and developers to bring our talent products to market. The product manager will lead the activities for Learning application that will deliver an engaging, delightful, and effective learning and development experience. The primary responsibilities will include understanding customer needs, defining a product roadmap, identifying what capabilities and features to build, and working with various stakeholders and partners on prioritization and roadmap discussions. We're looking for someone who excels when no two days are the same. Integrity, resilience, and pushing the boundaries are must-haves in this job. Whether you're in meetings with clients or sales, developers, or design, you'll be the guiding voice that helps us clarify ideas so we can create a product roadmap. You stay close to market trends, anticipate our customers' next questions, and bring new ideas into the mix. You love evangelizing about your product and communicate with confidence. Still, you also have the experience to take your product into the marketplace and position it competitively for maximum financial impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
  • Experience working with Global Compliance and Applications.
  • Consumer facing content delivery, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and marketplace experience.

Responsibilities

  • Start each day working with teams to understand responsibilities, identify any issues, and communicate priorities.
  • Document and prioritize product features based on research and requirements.
  • Create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure effective communication.
  • Collaborate across multiple teams with developers, other product managers, and UX teams.
  • Measure product effectiveness, report outcomes, and drive priorities.
  • Work with UX teams on client experience journeys to deliver new features and product enhancements.
  • Communicate and defend ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
