The Senior Product Manager- Ecommerce Customer Engagement is responsible for driving the innovation and prioritization of Taco Bell’s Mobile App and Web customer experience across, but not limited to: customer authentication and onboarding, loyalty and rewards/offers, customer marketing and personalization capabilities and post-order care & feedback. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, loyalty, technology and customer care to identify feasible, viable, and desirable opportunities and develop a roadmap aligned with business needs. The Senior Product Manager will have an eye for detail and the ability to spot opportunities and synergies across products/projects as necessary.
