About The Position

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead key e-commerce initiatives that directly impact user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. This role is hands-on and highly executional—ideal for someone who loves to dig into data, ship quickly, and iterate often. You’ll own the roadmap for growth, using experimentation and optimization to improve the customer journey across web and mobile experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Design, and Business Operations, turning ideas into outcomes that drive measurable business growth.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of Product Management experience in e-commerce or online marketplace environments.
  • Proven success driving growth initiatives—traffic, conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • Hands-on experience with data tools (SQL, GA4, Looker, Amplitude, etc.) and comfort making data-driven decisions.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, product discovery, and site optimization.
  • A bias for action—you thrive in lean teams, can operate independently, and deliver results fast.
  • Deep understanding of product development processes and agile execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for art, technology, and creating experiences that inspire and delight.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Drive measurable growth: Identify, prioritize, and execute product initiatives that increase traffic, conversion, and revenue.
  • Own the end-to-end execution: Translate strategy into action by writing detailed requirements, working closely with developers, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Lead A/B tests and experiments: Use data to validate hypotheses, uncover insights, and scale what works.
  • Optimize the e-commerce funnel: Remove friction points and design seamless purchase paths across web and mobile.
  • Leverage SEO and personalization: Partner with Marketing and Engineering to improve discoverability and tailor experiences that convert.
  • Balance impact and efficiency: In our lean team, you’ll roll up your sleeves—writing specs, QA’ing features, and analyzing results directly.
  • Champion the customer: Combine analytics, feedback, and intuition to inform decisions that improve user experience and business performance.
