To achieve our next level of impact, we're hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product development for our Cross Product Services team. This role will shape the critical services that power our multi-product experiences, including our account, product, and user provisioning as well as team management. This is a highly collaborative, strategic role that leverages technical platform depth to impact customer experiences across Superhuman products. You'll work closely with Design, Engineering and Go-to-Market teams to build flexible and systems across that power our product portfolio.

Requirements

• Has at least 5 years of experience with Product Management building shared services, platform services and APIs.
• Experience building for enterprise environments and supporting complex requirements like hub and spoke, multiple products and bundles, sophisticated group and team management.
• Can drive learning, execution, and impact in a product area with ambiguity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; you can align stakeholders across Product teams, Engineering and GTM functions.
• Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Superhuman's foundational cross-product services that power accounts & user provisioning.
• Own the vision, design, and evolution of shared systems that manage free and paid accounts, team structures, and user & product provisioning, ensuring reliability, scalability, and extensibility as Superhuman's portfolio grows.
• Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, and business partners to scale these systems, enable new business models, and support seamless integration of future products and acquisitions.
• Transform ambiguity into alignment: identify core shared services needs, shape technical direction with engineering, and drive cross-company adoption of scalable, future-proof services.
