About The Position

As a Sr. Product Manager - Credit Card at BECU, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products by owning strategic vision and execution for the BECU Consumer Credit Card plan. You will be responsible for driving growth within the Secured and Unsecured Consumer Credit Card product suite through new cardholder acquisitions and will partner across the organization to achieve this goal.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline required.
  • Minimum 7 years of product management, product development, product operations, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working with credit card products.

Responsibilities

  • Define and Lead Product Vision: Create and own the strategic direction for the Unsecured Low Rate and Secured Consumer Credit Card product.
  • Drive Strategic Decisions: Guide decision-making processes for products by aligning them with organizational goals and business strategy.
  • Oversee Product Financials: Define, manage and monitor product metrics including NPS, P&L, cost allocations, financial projections of products/campaigns.
  • Manage End-to-End Product Flow: Manage the entire lifecycle of the product, ensuring smooth transitions and effective outcomes.
  • Prioritize and Set Release Goals: Manage and prioritize product releases, ensuring key deliverables are met.
  • Track and Analyze Product Performance: Define and track performance metrics, using data to measure effectiveness.
  • Communicate Across the Organization: Present ideas and data-driven insights to all levels of the organization.
  • Incorporate Insights and Refine Roadmaps: Capture feedback and lessons learned to adapt the product vision.
  • Own Product Lifecycle: Take full ownership of your product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Build Vendor Relationships: Manage and nurture relationships with external vendors.
  • Collaborate Across Ecosystems: Work closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor the latest trends and apply industry knowledge.
  • Understand Member Needs: Infuse member insights into your product development process.
  • Manage Product Financials: Oversee product budgets, approve expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Share Information Across Teams: Foster a culture of transparency by effectively sharing information.
  • Provide Leadership and Mentorship: Offer guidance, support, and mentorship to team members.
