As a member of the Product Team, you will participate in the development of critical product design and functionality. You will be working with stakeholders across the organization, and directly with our customers, to understand our business, the markets we’re in, our customers’ needs, and our users’ workflows. You will help shape and manage the roadmap for our product and the process by which that roadmap is realized. You will work cross functionally to set priorities. You will partner with your design and engineering counterparts to understand the problem space and develop solutions. You will help drive products through to delivery and work closely with marketing, sales, and support organizations to take products and features to market to solve our users problems in simple and novel ways.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS product management (Experience in the healthcare industry related to CRO, pharmaceutical or related clinical research operational experience, preferred)
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams
• Ability to build alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with your design and engineering partners to deliver product to market
• Helping drive priorities for your teams by building a deep understanding of the business, our customers, our users and the market landscape
• Measure the impact of product releases and use data to inform the roadmap
• Ensure quality of new feature releases
• Empower the organization - particular Customer Support and Sales - to enable effective go-to-market for your product
• Provide customer and product support when required
• Help your teams continuously improve their processes and support overall product operations
