You will manage the “Rolls” product portfolio leading the product lines to achieve our target sales and market share. You will represent the product lines needs internally with R&D and Global Product Management for our marketplace. Lastly, you will market the product line brands and work to position it with our desired customers in the market and in a strong market share position by working in alignment with sales and global applications management.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemical or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, JDE, and scheduling tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of paper machine rolls and mill safety is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Product Management engineering and applications teams to support product initiatives.
  • Launch and promote new roll products in the NA market.
  • Collaborate with Global Product Management and R&D.
  • Represent NA in technical and R&D meetings.
  • Develop strategic business plans to meet sales and order targets.
  • Support sales/service teams and customer engagement.
  • Oversee product/process improvements and troubleshooting.
  • Travel ~50% of the time, including annual international meeting.
