Role Summary: Lead MBP transformation programs (cloud-native, API-first), drive incremental modernization, and achieve measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities: Own program governance for MBP: scope, budget, risk, compliance, and stakeholder alignment. Define incremental modernization roadmap (coexistence + component rollout) and open banking strategy. Establish non-functional baselines (availability, resilience, observability) and regulatory readiness. Track business benefits: product launch velocity, deposit growth, digital adoption, and operational KPIs. Must-Have Skills: 10-15 years delivering core banking programs; 3-5 years leading cloud-native, API-led transformations. Deep knowledge of MBP componentized architecture and real-time SaaS delivery. Regulatory familiarity (KYC/AML, FFIEC/OSFI, PCI DSS) and enterprise risk management. Nice-to-Have Skills: Exposure to FIS Bank Modernization Framework and incremental modernization across digital/data/AI. Neo/digital bank launch experience; open banking monetization. Tech Stack & Middleware: Cloud: Azure (preferred), AWS/GCP as applicable. Architecture: microservices, event-driven, API gateways, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Bicep). Integration: MBP open APIs, ESB, Kafka/streaming, service mesh. Security: OAuth2/OIDC, KMS/HSM, policy-as-code; MBP compliance engine. Outcomes: Approved incremental migration roadmap and reduced time-to-market for deposits/lending. Cloud-native, real-time channel experiences with measurable growth KPIs. The annual salary for this position is between $ 100,000 K -$ 179,000K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
